Worcester County Superior Court

The Worcester County Superior Court serves Leominster in cases regarding misdemeanors, felonies, administrative and civil cases, civil protection orders, exclusive torts cases, and real property cases that totals to a minimum charge of $25,000.

The Land Court serves the city of Leominster and handles matters on mortgage foreclosure and real property in the whole Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

John Adams Courthouse

The courthouse serves the city of Leominster. It functions as the entire Commonwealth’s Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court. The department of the Appeals Court hears criminal cases, civil cases, criminal appeals cases, and administrative cases.
